United Way of Greater Portland, in partnership with the other United Ways in Maine and the Maine Commission of Community Service, offers an efficient tool called Volunteer Maine. Volunteer Maine offers individuals a quick and easy link to thousands of volunteer opportunities, across the state and right in their own community. Whether you want to join a Board or roll-up-your-sleeves at a soup kitchen, Volunteer Maine offers a consolidated one-stop tool.
