Many of our donors choose to participate in their company or organization's United Way Annual Campaign. Often, they make their donations through payroll deduction over the course of each year.

The Community Care Fund: Making Your Gift Count
United Way of Greater Portland's Community Care Fund is the most efficient and effective way to make the greatest difference in our community. When individuals and companies give to the Community Care Fund through United Way's Annual Campaign, United Way is able to invest that donation in more than 100 Partner Agency programs. These programs span a wide array of human services needs across four targeted issue areas. When you invest in United Way's Community Care Fund, you can also be sure that the recipient programs are thoroughly assessed to ensure that they demonstrate significant results.
